— FEATURED SERVICES

The O-Shot® at Montgomery Fertility Center

The O-Shot® uses your body’s own platelet-rich plasma to support vaginal and clitoral tissue revitalization. Concentrated growth factors are introduced into targeted areas to encourage improved blood flow, tissue renewal, and sensitivity.

Women may seek the O-Shot® for concerns including:

— Vaginal dryness or atrophy
— Difficulty reaching orgasm
— Discomfort with intimacy
— Menopausal changes
— Reduced sexual confidence

— Decreased sensitivity or arousal
— Stress urinary incontinence
— Post-partum tissue changes
— Lichen sclerosus
— Painful intercourse (dyspareunia)

Treatments are performed in a discreet, physician-led environment with a strong emphasis on comfort, privacy, and individualized assessment.

Individual results vary. The O-Shot® is an emerging wellness treatment. We discuss realistic expectations and personal candidacy during a private consultation before any procedure is recommended.

— OUR DIFFERENCE

Why Receive PRP Treatment from a Reproductive Specialist?

Most intimate wellness PRP treatments are offered at medical spas. At Montgomery Fertility Center, the O-Shot® is performed by a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist with advanced expertise in pelvic anatomy, hormonal health, reproductive tissue physiology, and ultrasound-guided procedures.

Enhanced Endometrial Receptivity: PRP can help improve the thickness and receptivity of the endometrial lining, which is crucial for embryo implantation.

Reduced Inflammation: PRP’s anti-inflammatory properties can help reduce inflammation in the reproductive organs, creating a more favorable environment for conception.

Natural and Safe: PRP is derived from the patient’s blood, so it is a natural and safe treatment option with minimal risk of side effects or rejection.

01

Specialized anatomical knowledge

Decades of experience in reproductive pelvic anatomy means a level of precision and safety that aesthetic settings simply cannot replicate.

02

Evidence-informed care

We discuss what the current evidence supports and what it does not. We do not oversell. We recommend treatments based on your individual presentation.

03

Hormonal context

Intimacy concerns are often hormonal. Our practice can assess and address the broader endocrine picture that aesthetic providers routinely miss.

My patients deserve care that is both compassionate and clinically grounded. The O-Shot® represents a meaningful option for women whose concerns are real but who have often been told there is nothing to offer.

—THE PROCEDURE

What to Expect — From Start to Finish

The O-Shot® is performed entirely in-office in under 45 minutes, with no anesthesia, no incisions, and no downtime. Most patients return to regular activity the same day.

I
Blood draw

A small sample is drawn from your arm — identical to a standard lab test.

II
PRP preparation

Using PurePRP® Supraphysiologic technology, platelets are concentrated to 7–21 billion per sample.

III
Topical numbing

A numbing cream is applied to ensure comfort throughout the procedure.

IV
Injection

PRP is precisely introduced into the clitoris and anterior vaginal wall in a quick, in-office procedure.

V
Resume your day

No downtime. Tissue response develops over 4–12 weeks as growth factors work.

— ALSO AVAILABLE

PRP in Reproductive Medicine

PRP has been explored in reproductive medicine as a supportive, regenerative adjunct for select patients. The research remains evolving, and we approach these applications with clinical honesty.

Thin endometrial lining

Intrauterine PRP infusion as a supportive approach in patients with persistently thin endometrium prior to embryo transfer — an area with more encouraging emerging data.

Diminished ovarian reserve

Investigated in poor responders as a supportive adjunct. Evidence suggests modest signals for follicular recruitment in select patients; live birth benefit remains unproven.

Recurrent implantation challenges

For patients with recurrent implantation failure, PRP may be discussed as part of a broader individualized strategy — not as a standalone solution.

A NOTE ON EVIDENCE

Fertility PRP is an investigational and emerging area of reproductive medicine. Most studies to date are small, heterogeneous, and lack the standardization required for strong clinical recommendations.

The American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) has not endorsed ovarian PRP as standard of care. We believe patients deserve to know this.

During your consultation, we discuss current evidence clearly — including its limitations — and whether PRP may have a role within your broader treatment strategy. We do not recommend it universally.

Our commitment is to evidence-informed care, not upselling.
